Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham / Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked in social housing or external wall installation managing more than 1 scheme at a time? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Project Manager.

Benefits

• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses
• Pension: 3% employer contributionsafter qualifying period
• Generous holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneouslyworking closely with Site Managers
• Work is all EWI (external wall insulation) solar panel and window and door replacements
• Manage the client relationshipattend meetings
• Oversee quality control and ensurethe site programmeis followed
• Working with the Quantity Surveyor ensure site is completed within budget
• Produce progress reports to the client and senior management

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Experience: Proven experience managing severalschemes
• Sector: social housing and EWI experience preferred
• Education:SMSTS, CSCSand NVQ level 6 preferred
• Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
• License: Valid UK driving license
