Robert Half are delighted to be working with a global business looking to recruit for a UK & Ireland Record to Report Process Owner.

This role is remote and will include travel within the role. This is a permanent role based within a Global Company, the salary banding for this role will be between £70,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire Record to Report Process within the UK & Ireland business & will have a wealth of experience within process improvement, project management & ERP or Finance system implementation.

You will be reporting into the Head of Finance Process & Indirectly to the Global RtR Process Owner.

Specific Duties will include:

• To oversee & optimise the End-to-End Record to Report process within the UK & Ireland, ensuring seamless process between onshore & offshore activities while implementing process improvements.

• Drive change in culture to ensure compliance within company processes

• Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, operation teams, to implement & deliver best in class Record to report Processes

• Conducting audits to review & ensure integrity of process and areas of improvement

• Monitor and manage risk within the process to ensure compliance

• You will need to be have an active Qualification for this role

Experience within IFRS 15 and/or experience within Facilities Management or construction would be a benefit for this role.
