About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and experienced
Sign Maker & Installer
to join a well-established signage company with more than 20 years in the industry. You'll be responsible for both production and installation of a wide range of signage products - delivering high-quality, creative solutions for clients across multiple sectors.
This is a hands-on role working both in-house and on-site, where you'll collaborate with design and production teams to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (Onyx RIP software & Mimaki Rasterlink).

Produce signage in-house across a wide variety of substrates including Dibond, acrylic, Foamex, vinyl, wood, and metal.

Install internal and external signage, including fascia, post-mounted, and large-scale graphics.

Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows, and substrates (including partial and full wraps).

Interpret briefs accurately with strong knowledge of signage and manufacturing techniques.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Complete installations on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Follow health & safety guidelines, risk assessments, and company procedures.

Deliver excellent customer service on-site and in all client interactions.
About You

Minimum of
4 years' industry experience
in signage production and installation.

Proven expertise in wide format printing, vinyl plotting, laminating, and fitting.

Strong background in vehicle graphics, panel application, and on-site installation.

Confident using design and RIP software.

Clean UK driving licence.

Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS accreditations (desirable but not essential).
