Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced Skilled Groundworkers for an immediate start in Cambridge, CB2.
This role will be supporting a respected civil engineering contractor on a key infrastructure project.
Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, particularly in hard landscaping.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering projects
Strong competency in kerbing, drainage, ducting, foundations, and concreting
Positive attitude and solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, ducting, drainage, foundations and kerbing
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure project milestones are met
Follow instructions from site supervisors and comply with site rules at all times
