Bricklayers - CARDIFF/EBBW VALE/NEWPORT

Pay: £24.00-£28.00 per hour

Job description:

Red Sky Resourcing are looking for several Bricklayers for work across Cardiff, Merthyr and multiple other sites across South Wales

Price work: £525 per 1000 bricks

£15 per square metre - solid

Housing site - All timber frame
Paid Weekly CIS or LTD

Responsibilities:

• Laying bricks, blocks, and stone for walls, partitions, and structural frameworks
• Interpreting drawings and plans to carry out accurate brickwork
• Mixing and applying mortar using hand tools and mechanical mixers
• Performing repairs and repointing work where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area at all times
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure deadlines are met
• Complying with health & safety regulations and site-specific requirements

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Skilled Worker preferred)
• Proven experience as a bricklayer in a construction environment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Own tools and full PPE
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
