Duo Site Services are a division of Duo Group Ltd, we work in quarries with Crushing / Screening and Processing equipment and other construction heavy plant. Experience of the Metso range of heavy plant preferred by not essential.

As a result of further expansion and continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Field Service Engineers to complement our established and successful team. We are looking for a team-player, who will work to the highest standards in problem solving, fault-finding, service and repair functions on Terex, Telestack, quarry crushing and screening plant, yellow construction plant of various makes and models. You will be based mainly in the Midlands, but will be required to cover UK regional areas to support other engineers as required.

• Ensure all site operational tasks are being completed under the correct Health & Safety paperwork and in a safe manner.
• Assist Site with break downs as and when they occur.
• Carry out routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Compile technical reports following services and breakdowns.
• Liaising with customers to agree parts requirements.
• Completing customer breakdowns and repairs in a timely manner.
• Completing customer equipment servicing and testing.
• Assist on plant installations when required.
• Resolve on-site issues occurring during installations when required.
• Compile lists of refurbishment requirements prior to plant removal / re-installation.
• Liaise with Service team to resolve any ongoing site operational / technical issues.
• Assist in site operator awareness training to optimise plant performance.

• Previous experience with Quarry Crushers/Screeners and Processing equipment is ESSENTIAL
• Experience with Metso plant - Preferred by not essential
• Fault find quickly and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Experience of servicing large construction equipment is essential .
• The candidate will have all the relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience within the mechanical engineering industry with good knowledge in hydraulics, electrics and engine.
