Requirements
  • A technical qualification in mechanical or plant engineering (SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Additional certifications, such as a CSCS card, would be a bonus.
  • Extensive experience with plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, rollers, etc.)
  • Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
