Senior/ Lead ventilation Hygiene Engineer Full-time

Enfield/ Watford/ Harlow/ Chelmsford

Salary £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

We’re looking for a hands-on Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality cleaning, disinfection, and compliance works across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise a team on-site.
• Clean and disinfect ductwork, AHUs, and kitchen extract systems.
• Test and maintain fire dampers.
• Ensure all work meets TR19, BS EN 15780, and HTM 03-01 standards.
• Complete reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Work safely and maintain top H&S standards.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning.
• TR19 knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.
• CSCS card & full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Nice to have:

• BESA VHE certification, Confined Space Training, IPAF/PASMA, or HTM 03-01 awareness.
