A growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced
Operations/
General Manager
to lead its Frankfurt office. This is a newly created position offering an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of a young and expanding team while ensuring consistency, leadership, and operational excellence across the business.
The company delivers structural and civil engineering services across the UK and Europe, with a strong focus on
data centres, logistics warehouses, and technology-led developments
, alongside experience in
residential, retail, and laboratory
sectors.
The Frankfurt office has been steadily expanding over the last few years and is now seeking a hands-on leader to provide day-to-day direction, strengthen operations, and support further growth. You will oversee the local structures team, collaborate with the civil engineering function, and ensure the smooth running of all office activities.
