Our client, a dynamic developing contractor, is seeking a skilled Civils Site Manager to join their team in Ipswich. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with an engineering background.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: Engineering background with the ability to interpret and read drawings.

* Oversee civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project objectives.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

* Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

* Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with design standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager in the construction industry.

* Strong engineering background (ideally degree qualified) with the ability to understand technical drawings.

* Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

* Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications are mandatory
