Location: Commutable to South West London

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

Benefits: Company car or allowance (£5,000 per year), pension & 22 days annual leave

The role of the Contracts Supervisor Roofing & Cladding will involve:

• 3x Contracts Supervisor positions dealing with the installation of roofing and cladding systems (1x flat roofing, 1x pitched roofing, 1x sheeting & cladding)
• Carry out onsite visit to each of the sites under your area of responsibility for quality inspections
• Ensure that all operatives have been inducted and sub-contractors are being managed and have clear direction
• Ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to
• Assisting with the pricing of variations
• Attend site meetings ensuring progress/variances are put in writing and copied to all relevant parties
• May have to carry out some snagging
• Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Supervisor Roofing & Cladding with:

Must have extensive experience within the roofing market sector

Would consider Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician, someone off the tools (5 years+)

CSCS card

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor

Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Full UK driving license
