The successful architect will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing a variety of high-profile projects, from concept through completion. This position requires a professional who can integrate innovative design with practical functionality, ensuring each project aligns with the company's standards of excellence and sustainability.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered.
• Significant experience in architectural design, post Part 3 qualification.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with construction teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful project completions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
