Gardener/Landscaper
Based - Based in North Wales with travel to various sites

Our client are a reputable and growing construction business based in North Wales, and they are looking to hire a skilled and reliable Gardener / Landscaper to support the ongoing maintenance and development of their construction sites and residential properties. This is a hands-on, mobile role—ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for outdoor work. A company van will be provided to travel between locations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain gardens, communal outdoor areas, and landscaped spaces across residential and site developments
Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, planting, and general grounds upkeep
Soft landscaping work, turf laying, and seasonal planting
Basic hard landscaping tasks (e.g. laying gravel, fencing repairs, edging)
Ensure all outdoor areas are presentable and safe for residents and visitors
Routine maintenance reporting and coordination with site managers
Operate garden tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a gardener, grounds maintenance worker, or landscaper
Good working knowledge of plants, seasonal maintenance, and outdoor care
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
Reliable, hard-working, and physically fit for outdoor tasks in all weather
CSCS card (advantageous, but not essential)
