Our client is a leading G15 Housing Association.
Description
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing contracts related to
electrical safety testing
,
fire components
,
fire alarms
, and
static site management
.

Managing contractors, tracking KPIs, and ensuring all work remains fully compliant.

Collaborating with the Asset and Building Safety teams, particularly on fire alarms and safety systems.
-
Handling reactive repairs, compliance work, and managing reactive programs to ensure ongoing compliance.

Leading key meetings and managing contractor payments to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Profile
Requirements:

Essential housing sector experience
, ideally within Housing Associations.

Proven expertise in managing contracts related to
fire safety
,
electrical work
, or
static sites
.

Strong IT skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.

Ability to quickly adapt, manage workloads independently, and work closely with internal teams.
