A well-established, medium-sized firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, based in Mayfair, is seeking an APC candidate or Newly Chartered Building Surveyor to join their renowned Building Consultancy team. The Role
As part of the Building Consultancy team, you will work across a diverse range of client accounts, delivering high-quality services in both traditional Building Surveying duties and project work which focuses on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across various property types, alongside a full spectrum of professional work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting building surveys and preparing detailed reports.
• Managing refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Providing professional advice across sectors to a variety of clients.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional results.

Candidate Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience within Building Consultancy.
• Enrolled on the APC program or recently Chartered (MRICS).
