Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the team, you will:

Analyze contract drawings, schedules, and documentation provided by consultants and specialists.

Review the programme for issuing additional project information.

Examine bills of quantities and specifications to ensure project accuracy.

Assess the Health and Safety Plan for the site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Familiarize yourself with relevant British Standards and Approved Codes of Conduct.

Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including the Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, architect, and site management team.

Clarify contract standards and expectations with the Employer’s Agent.

Provide guidance on materials, construction details, and samples upon request.

Organize and document essential project materials for on-site use.

Compile findings and project updates in a structured report format.
Experience

Understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC Compliance

Health & Safety awareness including CSCS Registration
