Your Role

• Carry out detailed stock condition surveys in occupied homes

• Assess and report property conditions against HHSRS standards

• Provide clear, accurate defect reports to support asset management

• Liaise professionally with clients, residents, and colleagues

What You’ll Need

• ✔️ Proven experience with stock condition surveys

• Strong knowledge of HHSRS assessment criteria

• CSCS card (essential)

• MICWCI/ICWCI preferred

• Full UK driving licence
