Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Affordable Housing to work with one of our clients in London.

What the job will be doing

• ?Lead the sale of affordable housing opportunities to the public sector, housing associations, and registered providers
• Manage the sale of S106 units and the structuring of package deals.
• ?Identify and secure land opportunities with and without planning consent for affordable housing projects.
• ?Build and maintain relationships with housing associations, registered providers, and public sector entities.

What you will need

• ? Strong knowledge of the UK affordable housing sector.

• ?Previous experience working with housing associations, registered providers, or in a similar role focusing on acquisitions is preferable.
• Proven track record in land transactions
