Description
The Key responsibilities include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with other trades and teams to deliver integrated property maintenance services.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
Profile
The successful candidate:

Level 3 Electrical qualification
-
Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a property maintenance or facilities management environment.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
