If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful Energy consultancy that is recruiting an Energy Assessor who can hit the ground running while working from a fully remote position.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
• Be well organised
• Have experience within Part O (overheating)
• Have an eye for detail
• Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
• Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
• Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations

Job responsibilities:

• Developing relationships with clients
• Delivering SAP calculations
• Producing Sustainability and energy statements for planning
