Property Manager – FIELD BASED ROLE

• Up to £60,000 per annum
• MCIOB, RICS or similar qualification is desirable
• M&E / Building Services within large multi – occupancy buildings focused
• Open on location for the right candidate

About the role:
As a Property Manager you will play a key factor in supporting the Property Director whilst travelling across the UK managing a diverse range of properties. Managing all aspects around repairs, maintenance, project management, H&S, budget planning and risk management.

• Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a small team
• Relationship development, both internally and with lead contractors, suppliers and consultants.
