Key Responsibilities

• Proactive management of a portfolio of prime office properties.
• Preparing detailed client reports and contributing to strategic asset plans.
• Leading tenant relationships, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring lease compliance.
• Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and expenditure.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation across the portfolio.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance asset value.
• Driving innovation through PropTech initiatives for improved management services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential that you are a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.
• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of service charge budgets and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
