Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and health & safety compliance
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs and contract performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• A collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
