Freelance Senior Site Manager – Steel Frame

Rate: £300 per day

Location: Newcastle, UK

Contract: Freelance | Start ASAP | 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis

Supervise the installation of SFS framing, external cladding, and drylining

Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification

Coordinate closely with the project and commercial teams

Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Uphold site safety, quality, and programme targets

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable experience in SFS/steel frame construction

Strong background in managing cladding and drylining packages

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and valid First Aid certification

Solid organisational and leadership abilities

Track record in freelance or contract site management roles

What’s On Offer:
