Job Title: Civils Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Northwich-based (covering sites across the North West)
Pay Rate: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

LRL Recruitment is seeking two experienced Civils Operatives to join a regional civil engineering project on a temp-to-perm basis. This position involves traveling to multiple sites across the North West, with a focus on reliable, skilled candidates from the Northwich region.

You will be expected to work on various civils and groundwork tasks, including:

• Shuttering and steel fixing

• Concrete laying and breaking out

• Pathway breaking and reinstatement

• Flagging

• Installing structural plinths

• Drainage work

• Other civils duties as required

• Proven experience in general civils work

• Valid CSCS card

• Full UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team

• Willingness to work across multiple locations in the North West

• Competitive pay at £20-£22 per hour depending on experience

• Opportunity to transfer to a permanent role based on performance

• Approx. 40-hour work week with potential for additional hours

• Paid travel to sites across the region

• Assignment continuity with a company van once permanent

• Weekly pay during the temporary period
