We are working with a busy PLC housing developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a traditional build development in Rugby . This is a fast-paced role where you will support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality housing projects.

• Traditional build (not timber frame)

• Must have experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housing

• Fast paced environment

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the housing sector

• Knowledge of traditional build methods

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support project delivery

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications desirable
