Project: Long-term kitchen and bathroom renovation scheme in S13 (social housing)

Hours: 39 hours per week

Location: Sheffield,
Transport: No van supplied -own vehicle required for travel to site
Work Type: Planned, non-emergency works in social housing

• Minimum CSCS card - Blue, NVQ Level 2

• Core trade qualification in plastering , plumbing , or joinery

• Proven multi-skilled experience (able to perform tasks across other trades as needed)

• Prior experience within social housing -please specify past projects

• Perform a mix of tasks in your core trade plus complementary trades (e.g., tiling, patch plastering, minor plumbing, door and unit installations)

• Work within a planned schedule on social housing properties

• Must provide your own transport and tools; DBS may be required
