Asbestos Contracts Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car

Join a growing, family-run business with over 200 staff and a thriving asbestos division. As Senior Contracts Manager, youll lead a team of 2060, oversee high-profile projects, and work directly with two Managing Directors to drive performance, growth, and client satisfaction.

Projects include: industrial, construction, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, with clients in land remediation, civils, housing, and utilities (including the National Grid).

Your Role:

Manage asbestos contracts from tender to completion.

Lead teams, allocate resources, and ensure compliance.

Conduct site visits, audits, and client meetings.

Support tenders, method statements, and cost control.

Maintain quality, safety, and performance standards.

Build strong client relationships and develop new business.

Youll Need:

ARCA Contracts Manager (or equivalent), SMSTS, Black CSCS.

Proven asbestos management experience with large teams.

Strong leadership and commercial skills.
