Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced CSA Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Sweden. This site-based role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in Construction, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of industry experience, coupled with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Key responsibilities include:

Site Management:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and managing sub-contractor activities, including progress tracking and manpower levels.

Safety and Quality Assurance:
Managing site safety protocols in collaboration with safety personnel and implementing site QA procedures in conjunction with the project team.

Project Scheduling and Coordination:
Working with planners, project managers, and engineers to maintain project schedules and ensure client requirements are met.

Commercial Management:
Supporting cost tracking with quantity surveyors, managing variations, and ensuring proper change management.

Documentation and Meetings:
Managing site documentation, attending project reviews, and conducting sub-contractor meetings.

Technical Expertise:
Reviewing drawings and setting out details, and managing CSA snagging processes.

Team Leadership:
Effectively managing a team of CSA personnel.

Large-Scale Project Experience:
Experience in delivering large-scale MEP projects and expertise in scheduling, programming, and sequencing are essential.
