An exciting opportunity has come up to join a nationwide multidisciplinary consultancy in the London area. My client is seeking a professional Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to lead delivery across a wide range of high-profile public and private sector projects.

What they offer:

• Salary: £70,000 - £85,000

Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in a consultancy environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams
• Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent preferred), or other recognised bodies
• Background in infrastructure, education, healthcare, or public sector developments
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities

Duties:

• Lead and manage the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on key projects
• Provide strategic cost advice and ensure value for money for clients
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver services from project inception through to completion
