Job Title: Gas Supervisor
Location: South London
Salary: £45,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Vehicle and Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are seeking a Gas Supervisor to join a reputable social housing contractor on a South East London contract.

Gas Supervisor Role:

• Attending and assisting in technical jobs
• Quality checking Annual Gas Safety Checks
• Liaising with the council and tenants regarding issues within properties
• Ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Assist in the processing of timesheets
• Be a point of call to engineers and contract managers for any ongoing issues

Gas Supervisor Requirements:

• Domestic Gas ACS Qualifications
• Health and Safety knowledge
• IT Literate
• Experience in Social Housing
• Experience in reactive repairs, services and breakdowns
• Experience with Schedule of Rates
