• Recently secured several new confirmed projects starting throughout the year.
• Strong pipeline of works extending into late 2026.
• Essential requirement: Prime/High-End Residential refurbishment experience.

Senior Project Manager's Role:

• Oversee 2-3 projects with contract values ranging from £3 to £6 million with a site manager present on each site
• Responsible for project management, including programming and procurement.
• Proficiency in Asta or MS Projects is preferred.
• Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• High-end residential/Prime refurbishment experience.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Competent in programming and procurement.
• Knowledge of MS Projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
