Clerk of Works job working for a leading consultancy on residential projects across South London. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to move into a permanent role, paying a day rate of £200 - £350. Candidates must have experience conducting stock condition surveys and a keen eye for detail.

Our client is a well-established consultancy supporting over 5,000 active clients across the UK and internationally. Known for their straight-talking and forward-thinking approach, they provide professional services across a wide range of disciplines. Due to an increase in project demand, they are now looking to strengthen their London-based team with an experienced Clerk of Works.

• Conduct thorough stock condition surveys within occupied homes, assessing the overall conditions
• Accurately assess and record the condition of each property in line with HHSRS standards
• Provide clear, detailed reports outlining any defects or areas requiring improvement
• Ensure data collected supports the wider asset management and compliance strategies
• Maintain a professional and consistent standard of service throughout all works
• Liaise with clients, residents and colleagues in a respectful and clear manner.

• Proven experience carrying out stock condition surveys
• Strong knowledge of HHSRS assessment criteria
• CSCS card is essential
• MICWCI/ICWCI preferred
• Full UK driving licence.

• Day rate of £200 - £350 (dependent on experience)
• Initial 6-month contract with the potential for a fixed-term contract
