Job Title: Plumber Multi-Trade

Salary: £36,000.00 per annum

We are looking for a Plumber Multi-Trade to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting plumbing repairs in occupied properties within the housing sector, working with supported and vulnerable customers.
• Replacing taps and fittings, leak detection, kitchen upgrades and full bathroom re-fits.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
• Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (preferred)
