Maintain mechanical, electrical, air, and water systems to legal and safety standards

Respond to maintenance requests and report faults via Helpdesk

Ensure safe use of tools and materials in line with regulations

Perform multi-skilled tasks including general handyman work when required

Keep accurate records using digital systems

Work independently and make decisions on system shutdowns when necessary

City & Guilds or NVQ in mechanical/electrical services

Electrical qualification

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and safety legislation

Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to work shifts and support out-of-hours rotas
