• Carry out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance across the site

• Repair, install, and maintain doors, frames, locks, windows, flooring, skirting, and fitted furniture

• Support refurbishment and small‑works projects, including kitchens, study spaces, and accommodation upgrades

• Diagnose issues and deliver high‑quality, long‑lasting repairs

• Work collaboratively with other trades and colleague

Plumber Requirements:

• A qualified carpenter/joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

• Experienced in maintenance or facilities work, ideally in residential or commercial environments

• Skilled in both first‑ and second‑fix carpentry

• Full Uk driving license

This is a full time,long term position, working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
