Pay Rates:

• Days: £16.81 per hour
• Nights: £21.02 per hour
• Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours (You will be working roughly 50 hours per week)

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and reliable Traffic Marshals (Blue CPCS PVM) to join a major long-term civil engineering and infrastructure project.
This is a critical role to ensure the safe movement of plant, vehicles, and personnel in a highly regulated and secure environment.

Duties Will Include:

• Directing plant and vehicle movement around site in compliance with site traffic management plans
• Communicating clearly and effectively with drivers, plant operators, and ground teams
• Managing entry and exit points, including security checks where required
• Monitoring pedestrian walkways and ensuring clear access routes
• Supporting delivery coordination and assisting with logistics movements on-site
• Reporting safety breaches, hazards, or incidents to the site supervisor

Requirements:

• Blue CPCS Card - Plant & Vehicle Marshaller (PVM) - Mandatory
• Ability to provide 5 years of verifiable work history/references
• Strong understanding of traffic management and site safety
• Ability to work in a high-security, high-compliance environment
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable
• Full right to work in the UK
