Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate supply of plant and equipment to meet site requirements as per agreed schedules.

Verify availability of company-owned plant prior to confirming any hires, where applicable.

Utilise the most cost-effective solution to fulfill equipment orders.

Take full ownership of any arising issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively and promptly.

Communicate with site teams regarding delivery schedules and equipment details as needed.

Where viable, replace externally hired equipment with items from the internal fleet.

Collaborate with the Plant Manager to assess and agree on any damage or loss charges.

Stay informed about new plant products and services to support operational needs.

Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with Company standards and strict adherence to health, safety, and quality protocols.

Handle and resolve operational queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ideal Candidate :

Strong understanding of plant equipment and operations.
-
Experience in plant hire processes, including coordinating movement and haulage.

Background in the construction industry is highly desirable.
