Annual salary up to £40,000 dependent on skills and experience. Plus an annual on target bonus of 5%
Role based: Leeds, LS12 6LZ with travel around Yorkshire & the North East.

Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.

Supervise contractors and oversee site works to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and operational standards.
Carry out site audits and inspections, producing accurate progress and compliance reports.
Evaluate and contribute to RAMS, ensuring safe systems of work are followed on site.
Verify subcontractors are compliant, competent and appropriately qualified.
Identify gaps or issues in project scope, resources or delivery, escalating to stakeholders for resolution.
Monitor changes to works, ensuring timely communication and accurate record-keeping.
Support protection of project financial performance through efficient site practices and compliance with agreed scope.
