We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a busy construction site in Woodchurch. This is a dual role, split between general site labouring and welfare duties (50/50). The ideal candidate will have previous experience on site, a valid CSCS card, and be happy to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Responsibilities:
General Labouring (50%):
Assisting trades and site team with materials and manual tasks
Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
Following instructions from the site manager
Moving materials and equipment around site
Welfare Duties (50%):
Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities (toilets, canteen, office areas)
Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting issues
Ensuring welfare areas meet health & safety standards
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience in labouring and/or cleaning roles
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
Own PPE (hard hat, high-vis, boots)
